Arrival: from 3pm
Departure: before 10.00 am
Pets not allowed
It is not permitted to come with more people than stated when booking.
After booking: payment of deposit 50% within 2 weeks after booking, balance 3 weeks before arrival.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces
We ensure that the property is in perfect order, but if you notice any damage or defect, you must report it to us immediately so that we can take the necessary action.
Refund in case of cancellation:
Up to 8 weeks before arrival date: 100% of the total amount to be paid
Up to 4 weeks before arrival date: 50% of the total amount to be paid
Up to 2 weeks before arrival date: 25% of the total amount to be paid
